Service Description

In this session, a senior quenable leader will present to your leadership team how you've come to enter into the Business Agility Bootstrap Program, what to expect and the importance of their sponsorship. This session is the first significant milestone in the Business Agility Bootstrap Program. For success in the program, this session should be attended by leadership across the business who need to engage and be sponsors of the program. It is recommended that this session be included as a part of regular leadership update meetings to ensure maximum attendance and awareness.
