Service Description

In this session, your assigned quenabler will walk the delivery team through the development of their first Business Case. This business case will be delivered to the Leadership Team for review & approval before being accepted as the initiative that will be taken into the first BIDI. This session will utilise the skills learnt in the Core Skills around User Stories and discuss good practices in Business Case writing.
