As the first foray into understanding what is agile and what is business agility, this interactive workshop led by senior quenable consultants will offer information to support the 'Why', a bit on the 'How', and limited on the 'What' as to what is involved in transitioning an organisation to embrace contemporary, agile ways of working. This session should be attended by the team nominated in the Program Roadmap as the initial business initiative is incremented.
